Soul’s Deal | Bespoke Customization — Detailed Terms & Service Guidelines
- Upcycling Your Own Jeans
- Style Limitation: All products are only available in our existing collection’s signature design; requests for other styles are not accepted.
- Custom Sizing: Artisans will tailor each piece according to your provided measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
- Personal Fabric: Only the customer’s own designated secondhand jeans will be used for upcycling; each piece is strictly one-of-a-kind and will not be reproduced.
- Custom Design Service
- Range of Styles: All products are limited to our signature shorts silhouette; we cannot accept requests for other styles.
- Fabric Choice: You may provide your own or specify preferred denim; our designers will patchwork and craft the piece according to your wishes, ensuring it is uniquely yours.
- Uniqueness: Every custom product is strictly one-of-one; all in-stock or previous customs are for reference only and cannot be exactly replicated.

- Production & Delivery Timeline
- Lead Time: Custom orders are estimated to take 30-40 days. In case of shipping delays or any force majeure, actual delivery time may be affected; your patience is appreciated.
- Deposit & Terms
- Deposit Policy: Each custom order requires a non-refundable deposit of HK$1000 for confirmation; the balance is payable upon collection.
- No Refunds/Exchanges: By paying the deposit, you confirm your acceptance of all terms above. No refunds or returns will be made for personal reasons or factors beyond our control (e.g. wrong size, change of mind, changed personal needs).
Order Confirmation & Quotation: The final order amount will be provided after design and details are finalized. Please contact us before ordering to confirm all specifications and to receive a formal quotation.

- 布料選擇：可選用客人自帶或指定的牛仔布料，設計師會根據你的需求進行拼貼和製作，確保每件產品專屬於你。
- 獨一無二：每款訂製成品皆為只此一件，現貨及往期訂製款只供風格參考，無法完全複製。

- 交付及訂製時長
